What You Will Be Doing
As an Items Analyst - Level 2, you will support the Aeronautics, Sustainment Operations’ Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) team, for the F-22 Kit Management Team. You will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of sustainment kits and materials, ensuring timely delivery and configuration accuracy for both domestic and international customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, experienced professional ready to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the execution for Items/Kit Management Cost, Schedule, and Technical Performance for assigned Change Requests (CRs) from initial Sales Order Placement, to Kit Accumulation and DD250, to final delivery to the customer.

Responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts. Makes and executes decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations. Responds to military service inquiries; supports requests for proposals and provisioning determinations; understands and uses various inventory optimization models; forecasts and manages budget requirements; interfaces with company and DoD information management systems; ensures fidelity of asset identification; resolves technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and suppliers; prepares status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word,PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of how to manage digital and innovation operational aspects of ongoing projects (i.e. robotic process automation/RPA, metrics, dashboards, reporting tools) and serve as a liaison between program/project management, contracts, functional and/or support teams
Desired Skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and telecommuting communication skills and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Access, SharePoint, Box, and Tableau
• Previous experience with the F-22 Program Portfolio
• Previous experience with Kit Management, Item Management, or Supply Operations
• Understanding of U.S. Department of Defense projects and experience with both domestic and international suppliers
• Understanding of Root Cause/Corrective Action analysis as applied to component defects, supplier performance, and DD-250 accuracy
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
