What You Will Be Doing
This position requires employee to perform duties as a senior level Manufacturing Engineer. The day-to-day tasking will include working directly with shop floor personnel, as well as manufacturing and site management for the F-35 Aircraft.
This position requires a detail-oriented and highly organized candidate with demonstrated technical proficiency. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required as this position requires extensive interface with interdepartmental peers, customers, associate contractors, management, and touch labor across varied disciplines daily.
This position will be assigned to the F35 Wing Mate Manufacturing Engineering Team. This role directly supports Wing production build and will require direct coordination with production management and personnel. This position will be 1st shift.
This position will be responsible for:
• Providing production floor support and QAR support
• Maintaining/ improving our Standard Operating Procedures
• Driving our corrective action business rhythms
• Coordinating with other support teams
• Ensuring proactive communication on major issues across support teams and other F-35 build areas
Candidate must be able to take complex issues and drive to resolution. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Basic Qualifications
Knowledge of F-35 production line practices and requirements
Experience working in QADS, SFM
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Excellent Organizational skills
Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with technical college degree, preferably Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
