What You Will Be Doing

This is for 2nd shift 
• Lead and oversee manufacturing activities for Low Observable Coatings applications in Component Final Finish (CFF) area.
• Assign and manage daily tasks for coaters, ensuring accurate execution and the timely maintenance of aircraft records.
• Execute and refine build plans to improve quality, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency.
• Reinforce a culture focused on preventing Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Certify employees performing tasks requiring certification and ensure compliance with Core and program-specific processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical competencies, manufacturing processes, and talent development.
• Proactively address skill gaps, collaborating with Labor Relations and Human Resources to foster employee engagement and professional growth.
• Provide leadership that promotes a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and taking corrective actions as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing/productions methodologies
• Experience using tools, machines, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment
• Experience business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)

Desired Skills

• CFF/Low observable coatings experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel)
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.
• Working Knowledge of Crew Plans
• Forecasting manpower
• Excellent communication skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
