Basic Qualifications
- Experience in reading and interpreting Engineering drawings and/or specifications, and applying their intent for evaluating acceptance of product quality.
- Experience using manufacturing processes, specifications, inspection criteria, and/or quality engineering practices.
- Experience in developing and/or interpreting quality data and QA/Test and Inspection.
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated ability to use processes related to labs/testing techniques, corrective action/problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong ability to lead teams, make and influence decisions.
- Demonstrated excellent teaming skills - must interface with all levels of management, technical and floor personnel in a multi organizational environment.
- Union environment experience.
- Appropriate degree from and accredited college or equivalent experience/combine education.
- Experience user of QADS, VAS, PDM, JDL, SFM.
- Experience in Microsoft office applications.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
