Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in program/project management in aerospace/defense, leading a portfolio or a team of Program Managers.
  • Familiarity with CR/ECP processes and the proposal development lifecycle.
  • Experience integrating material, supplier, cost, schedule, and contractual data into coherent program plans.
  • Experience leading through others, influencing senior stakeholders, and communicating complex technical information clearly and credibly.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Systems Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of program/project management in aerospace/defense, with at least 3 years leading a portfolio or a team of Program Managers.
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Proven expertise with schedule and cost management tools (e.g., Primavera, SAP, Earned Value).  
  • Prior experience on F‑35 or other military‑aircraft programs.
  • Direct experience supporting concurrency, structural modifications, or fleet‑readiness initiatives.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00
