Standard Job Description
The Capture Program Quality Engineer (PQE) will be responsible for performing the Quality role supporting new programs. This position will be the primary point of contact between all quality functions that serve to support these programs during the capture phase of the contract life cycle. This position will be responsible for supporting program capture meetings, technical requirement discussions and negotiations, development of the Program Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and/or Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP), risk identification and mitigation, coordination with all internal functional teams and customer negotiations.
The position is intended to be an innovator to accomplish the successful integration and deployment of the quality systems and functions throughout Aeronautics’ capture value stream.
Basic Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Developing process and standard work proceedures
- Building relationships with internal and external customers
- Creation and presentation of high quality, high level brifings
- Risk, Issue, and Opportunity identification, elevation and mitigation
- Project management experience as a project facilitator
- Industry and regulatory requirements (e.g. AS9100, AS9110, ISO 9001, FARs, DFARs, FAA, EMAR, etc.)
Desired Skills
In addition to the basic qualificaitons, the ideal candidate may have experience with the following:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Program Management
- Root Cause Corrective Action
- Finance managemet, business operations, or equivalent
- Visualization tool creation using raw data (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- PowerAutomate or workflow creation
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
