You will be the Project Engineer Stf for the Engineering team which is responsible for coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within the assigned area.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineer Stf you will be responsible for leading project execution, ensuring design compliance, and driving quality improvements across the engineering portfolio.

- Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects.
- Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
- Develop, modify, and maintain Quality of Design Evaluation methods, control systems, and protocols.
- Data‑mine design process feedback, identify recurring design problems, and update training documentation to eliminate repetitive issues.
- Develop and maintain Quality of Design metrics to track team improvement.

Basic Qualifications
*Bachelor’s or above Degree from an accredited college in a related engineering discipline.
*Must be a US Citizen with active secret security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
*Experience with Engineering Designing Process and Procedures
Desired Skills
*Experience working IFG or similar programs. Knowledge of aircraft design, assembly, and product support.
*Experience with Continuous Improvement Methods
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
