You will be the Project Engineer Stf - E4 for the team which is responsible for delivering high‑quality engineering solutions.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineer Stf - E4 you will be responsible for coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects while ensuring design compliance with standards and contract requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain Quality of Design Evaluation methods, control systems, and protocols.
  • Data‑mine design‑process feedback, perform Pareto analysis, and isolate recurring design problems.
  • Update training documentation and deliver regular team and individual training to eliminate repetitive issues.
  • Develop and maintain Quality of Design metrics to track continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

*Bachelor’s or above Degree from an accredited college in a related engineering discipline.

*Must be a US Citizen with active secret security clearance.  This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

*Experience with Engineering Designing Process and Procedures 

Desired Skills

*Experience working IFG or similar programs. Knowledge of aircraft design, assembly, and product support.

*Experience with Continuous Improvement Methods

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
