Who You Are
Project Management & Planning Operations Representative, Senior Staff
What You Will Be Doing
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Acting as the primary liaison between Program Leadership, Program Management, Business Management, Supply Chain and Estimating. This position will be forward looking at future contracts to help aid streamline the data prior to contract award.
This postion will also be rear facing toward contracts that are fully delivered however have open commitments. Contract closeout and data cleanup.
This position will also aid the Material Cost Forecasting (MCF) bridging the gap between the MCF and CAM team ensure data commonality.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
- SAP, MRP Exerpience
- Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Earned Value Management (EVM)
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate between Program Management and Business Management and Proposal Teams
- Experience with F-35 Production and Sustainment teams
- Tableau Prep, Desktop, Server experience
- Price Cost Analysis (PCA)
- Estimating Experience
- Proposal Experience
- Knowledge of LM Aero CAM tools
- Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges
- Demonstrated accountability and proactivity
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Works effectively with minimal guidance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
