We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our dynamic F-35 Deputy Program Office. In the Deputy Program Office, you will work as an integration point between the various F-35 Program Offices and the F-35 Leadership Team. This role will focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence, driving process improvement, best‑practice adoption, and the creation of standard processes and work across the F-35 Program. The primary objective is to facilitate cross‑business‑area and cross‑functional efforts that support high‑visibility harmonization efforts with regards to cost competitiveness.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience / education
  • Program Management, Project Engineering, or Project Management Experience
  • EVMS or CAM Experience
  • Customer Experience
  • Experience collaborating across multiple functions
  • Team leadership Experience
  • Familiarity with cost competitivness

 

Desired Skills

  • F-35 Program Management or Project Management experience.
  • Able to think and act strategically and tactically from a broad business perspective.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop corrective actions.
  • Application of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) techniques and process requirements.
  • Experience managing and using proper EVMS techniques.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
