Standard Job Description
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
This role is looking for someone who wants to strengthen their professional skills in Program Management. Ideal candidate would leverage experiences from a Production Ecosystem and translate them onto a Development Program. Goal is that PMPO spends time building a solid foundation of Program Management logic (Cost, Schedule, Risk), focus on key critical path Supplier Management, and building the network with all stakeholders required to run a Program. This role is structured to foster talent development with fundamentals of Program Management to set up a career path to be a future Program Manager
Basic Qualifications
Supplier Management for Large, Complex Assemblies
Basic Understanding of Aircraft Manufacturing Envrionment
Project Management (Cost and Schedule) Experience
Informal or Formal Leadership Experience
Experience driving results from Cross-Functional Teams
Desired Skills
Control Account Managmeent (CAM) Experience
Contract Lifecycle Knowledge (Statement of Work Development to Contract Definitization)
Spent Time in Produciton Environment for Assembly; Structures, Systems, and Manufcaturing Test
Knowledge of Key Production Program Functions; Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, Design Engineering, Configuration Management, Contracts, Finance
Familiarity of Co-Production Approach
Ability to Work in a Classified Enviornment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
