We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our dynamic F-35 Deputy Program Office. In the Deputy Program Office, you will work as an integration point between the various F-35 Program Offices and the F-35 Leadership Team. This role will focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence, driving process improvement, best‑practice adoption, and the creation of standard processes and work across the F-35 Program. The primary objective is to facilitate cross‑business‑area and cross‑functional efforts that support high‑visibility harmonization efforts.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience in program management, control account management, project management, and/or continuous improvement within a large, complex program environment.
  • Proven success leading and facilitating high‑visibility, cross‑functional projects; experience authoring charters, business cases, and/or executive briefings.
  • Experience successfully interfacing and interacting with all levels of the organization including executives, cross-functional and across Business Areas.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis experience; adept at creating decision‑support materials for senior leadership.

  • Experience with enterprise‑wide transformation programs (e.g., APEX, OneLM).

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
