You will be the Proposal Pricing Analyst for the ADP Estimating & Pricing team. In ADP we are on the forefront of developing the next generation capabilities for our platforms and new projects. Our team leads the Estimating and Pricing activities to complete the contracting process. Our highly integrated team lives our LM values and is focused on career and personal development here at LM.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Proposal Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and analyzing functional estimates including labor and material, and pricing for ADP proposals.
Your responsibilities will include:
. Analyzing program requirements
. Supporting internal proposal reviews
. Supporting customer audit/fact findings
. Providing negotiation support
The selected candidate will work closely with departmental functional estimators in their development of basis of estimates that meet established proposal quality standards.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 4 years of professional experience in absence of a Bachelors Degree
Microsoft Excel Experience
Data analytics and analysis experience
Desired Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline
Experience working or studying in a team environment, as well as an individual contributor
Experience reading, analyzing, and planning a response
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
