Standard Job Description
Basic Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related STEM field
- Familiarization with engineering drawings, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), and mechanical/electrical inspection methods, including:
- Developing inspection plans
- Performing First‑Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements
- Identifying, documenting, and driving corrective actions for supplier quality deficiencies
- Work on‑site in a manufacturing environment (must be able to stand for extended periods and use required Personal Protective Equipment)
Desired Skills
- Familiar with Quality Engineering tools like (DMAIC, RCCA, 8D,etc.)
- Knowledge with source inspection, special‑process surveys, purchase‑order reviews, and supplier surveillance activities
- Demonstrated leadership and customer‑relationship management abilities
- Experience with blue‑light/structured‑light inspection
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
