Basic Qualifications
STEM Degree in Engineering or one of the Physical Sciences
Minimum 5 years’ professional aerospace experience
Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9145 Quality requirements
Prior experience managing ADP type programs and NBF type funding
Interfacing at all levels of management for Production, Engineering & Quality
Demonstrated experience working with DFMEA, PFMEA and APQP skills
Excellent Communication skills
Must be able to obtain DOD Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
Advanced degree in a STEM
Proven history of knowledge of the Quality Sciences specifically APQP
Experience managing development programs at various sites with multiple subcontractors
Quality Science skills certification
Experience acquiring & bidding proposal development for new & existing contracts
Experience interfacing with executive leadership at all levels of the corporation
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
