Basic Qualifications
· Advanced understanding and experience completing root
cause analysis and corrective action planning.
· Knowledgeable of AS9100 standard and experience with
reviewing or performing AS9102 First Article Inspections.
· Advanced understanding of statistical and data analytic skills.
· Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for
development of quality standards, methods, work
instructions and procedures for inspection and test of
manufactured products.
· An understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and
Tolerancing (GD&T)
Desired Skills
· 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
· Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified
· Experience with Minitab, Tableau, and Business Objects for data analytic/dashboard creation.
· F-35 production operations experience
· Experience with Low Observable (LO) Finishes/Coating
· Technology and/or processes
· Experience with Product-Quality methods either from the quality or manufacturing perspective
· Ability to effectively navigate complex product and process-related requirements to validate
nonconformances and develop corrective actions in coordination with DCMA and Production colleagues
· Experience with Microsoft Office Systems, Shop Floor
Manager (SFM) or similar manufacturing management
systems, Product Data Management (PDM) or similar
engineering database, APRISO Documentation
System (Discrepancy Reports) or similar system
· American Society for Quality (ASQ): Certified Quality
Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of
Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQOE) certification
· Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration,
communication, and presentations
· Conduct/coordinate process and product evaluations and assessments
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
