Join Our IFG EW IPT Team. Become a vital member of the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Electronic Warfare (EW) Integrated Product Team (IPT) and help keep the nation’s premier fighter aircraft at the cutting edge of capability.

What You Will Be Doing
Drive EW capability upgrades – evaluate, integrate, and field advanced electronic warfare technologies to maintain air dominance.

Perform system analysis and testing – conduct functional and performance testing, analyze results, and recommend enhancements.

Collaborate across disciplines – work closely with cross functional Integrated Product Teams to ensure seamless EW integration.

Support operational readiness – provide technical expertise to pilots and maintainers, troubleshoot issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

Maintain documentation and compliance – generate technical reports, update interface data, and ensure adherence to applicable standards and security protocols.

 

Architects and designs Radio Frequency systems and circuitry. Designs and develops RF circuitry used in high frequency and microwave applications, including receivers, transmitters, antennas, and frequency synthesizers. Responsible for hardware layout, component evaluation, prototype construction, and test. Prepares test methods and specifications; analyzes and tests RF hardware to verify performance characteristics. Provides inputs to Product Development for formal documentation and supports manufacturing during the deliverable assembly and test phase. In addition, develops RF System/Subsystem Architectures consisting of: antennas, transmitters, receivers, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, RF conversion elements and transmission line equipment. Performs link analysis and optimization, including effects of propagation medium and possible interference sources. Develops and allocates RF system and subsystem functional and performance requirements. Identifies and tracks RF technical performance measurements (TPMs). Performs RF system/subsystem/component trade studies and CAIV analysis. Supports Life Cycle Costs, reliability, availability, and maintainability analysis.

Basic Qualifications

• Active final secret clearance
• Experience leading small technical teams across product lifecycle
• Experience in leading or presenting at technical reviews and boards
• Technical writing experience (SSOWs, BOEs, ICD, PRD/PIPS, etc.)
• Experience with the use of RF microwave test equipment and/or microwave simulation tools
• STEM degree in an applicable field from an accredited school with 3+ years’ experience

Desired Skills

• Experience reviewing supplier/factory data results to show compliance to RF engineering requirements
• Prior experience with RF Sensor or Active Module/Subsystems full lifecycle
• 5th GEN IPT experience (engineering and/or military avionics experience)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $98100.00 - $182100.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
