Subcontract Administration Senior
<b>What You Will Be Doing</b>
Become part of the F-35 Global Supply Chain (GSC) Organization as a subcontract management team member on the Production and Sustainment Execution team managing the Northrop Grumman Teammate. You will be responsible for overall management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance and interfacing with program functional organizations and supplier management. The position will be responsible of managing procurement and delivery activities and related purchase order delivery schedules supporting the F-35 NGC Teammate Furnished Equipment and/or production and sustainment replenishment activities.
Within this role, you will lead activities that include but not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi-functions and multi-level platforms. This position will require a significant amount of collaboration with internal and external customers as well as senior levels of leadership within the LM SCM organization. Some travel will be required for this position.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience/combined education, and 3 years of professional experience
- Experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems
- Experience with one of the following: procurement/buying, supply chain, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis; or commensurate experience in a related field
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of professional experience
- Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
- Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to interpret policies/procedures and apply concepts
- Ability to engage supplier senior executives as necessary to resolve issues
- Experience with PO folder execution
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
