Who You Are
You'll become part of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supply Chain Management (SCM) Organization.
What You Will Be Doing
Within this role, you will manage critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. Develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management. Act as a main focal point to Subcontract Management personnel as well as Program Management office. Make informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor and establish milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. Communicate across multi-functions within Lockheed Martin to identify and mitigate impending risk at an organizational level as it relates to terms and conditions, supplier performance, and day to day operations.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
- Subcontract Management experience
- Experience negotiating terms and conditions, and pricing
Desired Skills
- Extensive Subcontract Management Experience in accordance with FAR 15
- Experience collaborating across functions directly supporting Aerospace & Defense
- Knowledge and deep understanding of Terms & Conditions as well as experience mitigating performance risk as it relates to Terms & Conditions
- Expert Problem Solving ability
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
