Your Impact
You will be the Supply Chain - Price Cost Analyst (PCA) - Level 2 for the Supply Chain team which is responsible for developing supplier capture strategies, performing price/cost analyses, and driving negotiation outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing 
As the Supply Chain - Price Cost Analyst (PCA) - Level 2 you will be responsible for analyzing supplier cost proposals, creating capture plans, and supporting negotiations that align with program and customer objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop supplier capture strategies that support long‑range objectives and ensure effective material integration on program campaigns.
• Perform and document price/cost analyses for development, production, and sustainment proposals, evaluating direct cost elements such as material, labor, and tooling.
• Assess supplier‑projected costs for reasonableness and provide evaluations to government customers for prime proposal pricing.
• Formulate negotiation strategies and conduct supplier and prime negotiations to meet company profit targets and customer affordability goals.

Develop supplier capture strategy for pursuit of long-range objectives and strategic plans to ensure effective material integration on program campaign pursuits, and establish new or renewed contracts. Performs and documents price/cost analysis on a variety of proposals for development, production and sustainment of major systems. Analyzes supplier's projected estimated costs for reasonableness, reviewing in detail the significant direct cost elements of material, labor, and special tooling. Evaluations of supplier proposals are provided to the government customer and used in prime proposal pricing. Develops negotiation strategies and concludes both supplier and prime negotiations to achieve company profit objectives and customer affordability goals.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's from an accredited college or university

• Experience in 2 or more of the following fields:

   - Cost Analysis

   - Negotiations

   - Mathematics

   - Financial Analysis

   - Price Analysis

   - Accounting

   - Procurement / Supply Chain

   - Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of government contracts, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

• Experience in negotiating FAR 15, TINA proposals

• Experience in cost analysis and evaluation techniques used in assessing supplier proposals

• Experience communicating departmental and program messages to both Lockheed Martin personnel, as well as the customer

• Experience operating in a fast paced environment

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00
