<b>Who You Are</b>
A Project Management & Planning Operations Manager, manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. The F‑35 Production Integration Team serves as the primary voice and face of the supply chain for both internal and external customers. This leadership role oversees the full spectrum of integration activities, from proposal management to risk mitigation, continuous improvement, funding resolution alongside CAMs and Change integration with CRs. Some Key responsibilities include
<b>What You Will Be Doing</b>
Executive Briefings – Prepare and deliver briefings at Vice‑President and Tier‑2 levels, serving as the senior manager’s primary representative.
Team Development – Mentor, coach, and guide team members; foster a cohesive culture focused on achieving goals. Ensure completion of all tasks in accordance with FLEMOS leader standard . Supports the “continuous improvement” mindset
Strategic Messaging – Craft and disseminate clear messaging to shape team mindset and drive unified, results‑oriented staff work.
Data‑Driven Decision Support – Own the collection, integration, and analysis of key performance indicators to disperse to other functions on GSC performance to plan. Lead
Change Integration – Collaborate with the Change Integration team on Change Requests (CRs) for Production Majors, Minors, and Sustainment Modifications.
Proposal & Integration Management – Lead the integration of proposals, ensuring alignment with program requirements and timelines.
Training & Knowledge Transfer – Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and institutionalize best practices so that new or rotating team members quickly become effective.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Supply chain or related field
- Experience in supply‑chain leadership within aerospace or defense programs
- Experienced in proposal integration, risk management, and continuous‑improvement processes
- Communicator, experienced presenting to senior executives
- Experience as a mentor in developing high‑performing teams
- 8+ years supply chain experience
Desired Skills
- Strong network with program managers
- Understands of GSCs impact and role in Program execution
- Proposal Process with Prime experience
- Negotiation with JPO experience
- Integration and functional lead previously
- Ability to lead team and foster cohesive culture
- Strength in documenting standard work
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
