You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Managemen, Staff

<b>What You Will Be Doing</b>

The Subcontract Mgmt Stf supports the Skunk Works Global Supply Chain Management organization. Candidate will join a procurement team and operates as the subcontract manager for major, strategic supplier development scope. Responsibilities include; Negotiating, issuing and administering subcontracts. Tasks include negotiate and award subcontract elements (price, terms, scope, schedule), execute subcontract specifications, work statements, prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, selects or recommends subcontractors, participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.

Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, major systems, performance specification and complex subcontracts for DOD programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university 

Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field 

U.S. Citizenship; Current Secret clearance or ability to achieve

Desired Skills

Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) 

Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)

Ability to work within established processes and procedures

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
