What You Will Be Doing
Join the world-class F-35 Sustainment team as a Consumables Technical Lead, where you will play a vital role in supporting the mission readiness of
the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft. We are looking for a driven and experienced logistics professional with a deep understanding of supply
chain operations, particularly in the area of consumable materials. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and guidance on the end-to-end management of consumables required to sustain the F-35 fleet. You'll partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, maintenance, and logistics to improve processes, drive performance, and ensure supply availability. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the management of consumable materials supporting F-35 sustainment
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Lead the design and implementation of process improvements that enhance readiness, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide expert guidance to logistics, supply chain, and maintenance personnel on best practices for managing consumables
- Develop and facilitate training programs to support the adoption of supply chain strategies and tools
- Collaborate in the creation and refinement of logistics policies, procedures, and documentation

Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a focus on F-35 aircraft
• Demonstrated experience/knowledge in Performance Based Logistics (PBL); Consumable and Repairable (C/R) item management, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience with supply chain analytics and performance metrics, including data analysis and reporting
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with F-35 aircraft sustainment and logistics systems, including Advanced Technical Logistics Applications System (ATLAS), Service Parts Management (SPM), etc.
• Experience with hazmat management software and systems, including Total Chemical Management Information System (TCMIS)
• Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
