Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer. In this role, you will generate & execute test plans, lead troubleshooting & root cause analysis efforts, and lead continuous improvement initiatives for our team. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of technical test planning, test execution, requirements analysis, troubleshooting and data analysis.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
- Basic knowledge of the integration and test process including requirements analysis, test planning, test execution, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) and/or Electro-Optical (EO) engineering.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills
- Working knowledge of aircraft platforms, architectures and sub-systems.
- Agile Experience (Product Owner, Scrum Master)
- Experience with developing system, software, or hardware requirements.
- Experience with Linux Operating Systems.
- Experience with test troubleshooting, root cause analysis and anomaly resolution, including documenting and communicating issues to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of programming languages (C++, Python, MATLAB, or equivalent).
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
