You will be the Systems Engineer Control Account Manager (CAM) for the F-35 Chief Engineering Organization.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Engineer Sr, you will integrate professionals across engineering to ensure timely contract baseline, performance, and delivery of contractual deliverables. This includes Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities for multiple control accounts, focusing on labor, material, and other direct costs.

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to interact with Development, Production, Sustainment, and Customer Programs teams.
  • Ensure budget distribution, provide requirements to appropriate teams, and establish an accurate baseline for execution per the plan.
  • Establish clear communications between finance, planning, Chief Engineering team, LoB engineering team, and program management.
  • Drive appropriate processes, assess issues/risks/opportunities, and plan investigations or mitigations for favorable resolutions.
  • Manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years of Control Account Management (CAM) or program‑control experience in aerospace/defense, with proven responsibility for a control account on a large‑scale program.
  • Advanced MS Excel (macros, Power Query), SAP/ERP expertise, and strong knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex financial data to technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (or higher).

Desired Skills

  • Direct experience with the F‑35 program or other high‑performance aircraft initiatives.
  • Certified Defense Financial Management Analyst (CDFMA) or similar credential.
  • Previous experience with LM Corporate/DCMA/DCAA audits and participation with Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and Integrated Change Control (ICC) processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional teams.
  • Active participation in community‑service or volunteer programs reflecting strong ethical standards.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
