Standard Job Description

This position is for Configuration Management (CM) for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) CM team, located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce CM plans, policies, and procedures for the program.
  • Perform CM tasks such as configuration identification, control, status accounting, and audit activities.
  • Participate in risk and opportunity assessments, identifying configuration‑related risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Support contract and customer deliverables (e.g., audit reports, as‑built records, technical data packages), ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Support proposal activity, including review of CSOWs and SSOWs to support BOE development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Configuration Management experience
  • The ability to acquire and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Desired Skills

  • Experience with the proposal process, CSOWs, SSOWs, and BOE creation
  • Experience with program milestones, including Functional and Physical Configuration Audits
  • Knowledge of CM and Systems Engineering industry standards
  • Experience working in ADP or in a Classified environment
  • Existing Program/Security clearances preferred

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
