We are seeking a level 2 Test Engineer to support production aircraft test activities in the Acceptance Test Facility (ATF), a center of excellence for indoor radar range testing. 

What You Will Be Doing

The selected candidate will partner with the ATF team to support production events across our Fort Worth, Japan, and Italy sites. 

This position will be on 2nd shift, and the selected candidate will need be able obtain a Secret Security clearance.

Occasional international travel will be involved with this position.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support major system upgrades and testing, including F-35 RCS capabilities and Motion Systems.
-F-35 RCS range testing.
-Troubleshooting and repair of radar and motion systems.
-Zonal Radar testing.
-Project Management.
-Tooling/Facility maintenance.

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelors degree or higher in a engineering or technical related discipline
-Test Engineer experience or knowledge
-Project Management

Desired Skills

-Excellent organization, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
-Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and successfully execute constantly changing direction from leadership.
-Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
