Standard Job Description

You will be the Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Production Operations. Our team is responsible for providing executive administrative support and coordinating business operations to ensure seamless execution. 

What You Will Be Doing

As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for delivering high‑impact administrative services to senior leadership and facilitating efficient operations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage correspondence, phone duties, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Perform complex administrative functions with independent decision‑making and problem‑solving.

- Support customer visits, meeting logistics, and coordinate security requirements.

- Oversee conference room reservations, VTC, Teams, and related IT resources.

- Compile, edit, and distribute business reviews, status reports, and other documentation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional administrative skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer technology
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discretely 
  • Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with booking travel and expense reports 
  • Experience with managing calendars through Microsoft Outlook 

Desired Skills

  •  A self-starter with strong initiativeproven ability to multi-task and drive closure in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and short/firm deadlines that align to company deliverables.
  • Previous experience with Executive Administrative support 

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $60300.00 - $112100.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
