Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a position in Grand Prairie, TX, reporting to the Director, Layered Homeland Defense.
What You Will Be Doing
This position will provide primary administrative support to three directors within the Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Line of Business and their teams. In addition, the role will share responsibilities with the broader IAMD Administrative Assistant team.
Responsibilities
- Disposition incoming calls
- Calendar and appointment management
- Domestic and International travel reservations
- Expense‑report preparation and submission
- Maintaining office supplies
- Preparation, publication, and distribution of documents (weekly activity report, IPT charts, etc.)
- Preparation of presentations and reports as assigned
- Primary meeting support (scheduling, MS Teams, dial‑in phone numbers, charts)
- Classified & unclassified meeting/event planning (catering, visit requests, facility/venue scheduling)
- Managing and coordinating conference‑room schedules and utilization
- Unclassified & classified set‑up and in‑meeting support of multimedia, audio‑visual, and VTC equipment
- Managing MS Teams access and usage
- Maintaining group calendar and other group‑related information
MUST BE A US CITIZEN-This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Basic Qualifications

Must have previous administrative assistant experience
- Highly professional demeanor
- Experience booking travel and managing expense reports
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Extensive experience with MS Teams, including dial‑in numbers and general meeting‑support activities
- Experience setting up and running VTC meetings
- Experience scheduling, configuring, and running multi‑site meetings
- Ability to multitask and resolve technical challenges quickly under pressure (e.g., MS Teams glitches or VTC connection issues)
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Knowledge of Visitor Request processes and systems
- Experience handling sensitive information with strict discretion
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Prior experience supporting director‑level executives
- Experience managing international travel
- Basic knowledge of the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) business, including key personnel, systems, and processes
- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin MFC policies and procedures
- Familiarity with procedures for handling LM Proprietary, Export‑Controlled, and Classified Information
- Experience with Lockheed Martin travel procedures, processes, and systems (Concur Travel)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.00 - $93300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
