You will be a Senior Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Director of Contracts for Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and supporting other F&BO Directors and executive leadership. Our team is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to drive business success. You would be the “first face” of the F&BO executive staff.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Directors in managing their activities, maintaining confidentiality, and providing a professional and welcoming presence. You will screen incoming calls and visitors, manage calendars, arrange travel, and process visitor requests.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Screening incoming calls and visitors, and managing calendars
• Arranging travel, preparing travel requests, and obtaining approvals
• Processing visitor requests, generating business documents, and distributing documentation
• Organizing meetings, including regularly scheduled business meetings and large staff meetings
• Contributing to a highly motivated and functioning F&BO leadership team

Basic Qualifications

The candidate must be proficient with Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other standard company programs. The ideal candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments; should be a Self-starter able to work independently; should have Good attendance and work habits; should have the ability to maintain Vice President and Director's confidential/private records and information; should be able to handle more than one task at a time with accuracy; works well with all personality types and is calm when under pressure.

Desired Skills

The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, should exhibit good job attendance and strong work habits, should be self-motivated and inventive and should stick to all commitments. The candidate should be trustworthy and dependable. The candidate should courteous,
professional, and respectful of others. In addition, should have an in-depth working knowledge of the standard Lockheed Martin office tools (such as Concur for Travel Planning).

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.00 - $93300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
