You will be the Contracts Management Staff for the Precision Fires Launchers Program Area. Our team is responsible for providing contract negotiation and administration support to the Precision Fires Launchers Program Area with a focus on After‑Market Enterprises.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Contracts Management Staff you will be responsible for supporting the Precision Fires Launchers Program Area through end‑to‑end contract activities, from proposal creation to contract administration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts supporting development and production programs
- Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with corporate policies and government regulations
- Monitor contract performance metrics and initiate corrective actions when required
- Coordinate with program managers to align contract terms with schedule and budget objectives
- Support internal and external audits, providing required documentation and responses

US Citizenship Required- This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration. Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions. Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance. Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices within Company. Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests.
Basic Qualifications

| The ideal candidate will be capable of providing assistance with development and implementation of solutions to sometimes complex business and contractual matters which require regular reliance upon ingenuity, creativity, and innovation. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing skills and will be relied upon (with training and oversight) to author business correspondence to result in or influence desired business outcomes A history with dealing with a variety of international customers is highly desired. |
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
