You will be the Contracts Manager for the Precision Fires Launchers and Munitions team. Our team is responsible for delivering contract excellence that powers advanced munitions development, production, and sustainment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for leading contract activities that enable the Precision Fires Line of Business to meet its mission objectives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a team of contracts professionals supporting Precision Fires development, production, and sustainment contracts (USG, FMS, DCS).
- Build effective relationships with internal and external customers to influence outcomes and secure win‑win solutions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to propose, negotiate, and execute contracts from capture through award, execution, and closeout.
- Provide business advice and coordinate with program, finance, legal, and other functions to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Manage audits, training, and reporting to maintain contractual compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate solutions, advise Contracts and Program leadership of contractual rights, obligations, risks, and customer concerns related to company performance.
- Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions.
- Lead and manage audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance. - Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.
- Develop and lead training of Contracts team on contracts policies and procedures.
- Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests.
- Be responsible for supervisory responsibilities and coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
The position will require onsite work >50% of the time and occasional travel is required.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with US Government and/or International customers and contracts
- Experience with contract negotiations
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge and documented application of acquisition regulations (FAR & DFARS)
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
