Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction management or similiar dicipline and 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction project/program management or equivilient experience/combined education with 13 years total professional project management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and including the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, management and diverse populations.
- Understanding of laboratory, factory/manufacturing/assembly, and office space requirements.
- Construction skills including managing and negotiating with general contractors and/or subcontractors.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to include: project schedule, scope, cost, rish and deliverables.
Desired Skills
- Large facility construction project and design experience.
- Equipment and building commissioning.
- Proficient in MS Office software programs
- Demonstrated experience preparing and maintaining outline milestone and detailed Ghant chart schedules.
- Experience in facilitating utility service provider design and installation
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
