You will be the Finance Business Operations Mgr for the Strategic Initiatives team within Integrated Air & Missile Defense – Advanced Programs. Our team is responsible for integrating data across finance, planning, contracts, engineering, and supply‑chain functions to drive business results and strategic decision‑making.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance Business Operations Mgr you will be responsible for leading the Strategic Initiatives portfolio, overseeing financial performance, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Integrate data from program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, and supply‑chain to produce comprehensive business insights.
- Manage short‑ and long‑range financial and program performance, including contract orders, sales, profit, cash, capital expenditures, and overhead.
- Oversee earned value management, budget baselines, and performance reporting, providing risk and opportunity assessments.
- Support new business pursuits by developing competitive proposals and strategic business cases.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, handling recruitment, talent development, performance assessments, and recognition.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Team leadership skills
- Familiarity with CSR & LRP planning and/or management
- Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, and presentation skills
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, & problem solver
- Microsoft office suite skills
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of EVMS business rhythms
- Program Area Orders / Sales / Profit / Cash management
- Knowledge of financial business rhythms (monthly / quarterly forecasting)
- Experience managing subordinates. Practiced Leadership skills in an L-coded position.
- Experience working full Earned Value (e.g. DFARS)
- Management of defense programs and associated cost tools and analysis.
- SAP experience, COBRA experience, Oracle experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
