You will be the Financial Analyst for the Strategic Initiatives team within Integrated Air & Missile Defense – Advanced Programs. Our team is responsible for driving financial performance and strategic decision‑making across the IAMD‑SI portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Analyst you will be the finance lead on a significant program and a key contributor to CSR & LRP cycles for the portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, including variance analysis and trend identification.
  • Integrate data from multiple financial systems to produce actionable business recommendations.
  • Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) and generate regular reports.
  • Support earned value management, cost allocation, and compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP.
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, cost estimating, and negotiations.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
  • Experience conducting financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-Starter who is comfortable investigating an issue independently and bringing recommended solutions
  • Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)

Desired Skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments
  • Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau
  • Business Systems Experience (Cobra, Oracle, SAP S4)
  • Working knowledge of FP&A (LRP, CSR, Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC))
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
