Standard Job Description
Basic Qualifications
- BS in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, physics, computer science, applied mathematics, or similar STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Solid mathematical capabilities that include linear algebra, dynamics, coordinate frame transformations, and state estimation techniques
- Experience with different simulation and test environments (6-DOF IFS, HWIL, flight test experience, etc.)
- Proficiency in SW development environments like Git using programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, C++, FORTRAN, or Ada.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Secret Clearance is need to start, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills
- Prior experience with Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3)/IAMD modeling.
- Experience using a Linux-based operating system
- Familiarity with some, or all, of the following: linear algebra, probability and statistics, state dynamic equations, Kalman filter applications, kinematics and rotating coordinate systems
- Experience integrating and testing hardware and software in Hardware In-the-Loop (HWIL)
- Prior experience supporting flight tests
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
