As an Integrated Program Planner you’ll be the keystone of schedule‑driven success for some of the nation’s most critical programs. You’ll design and sustain Integrated Master Schedules that keep our missions on‑track, partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic decisions, and translate complex data into actionable, on‑time solutions.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and sustain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new and existing development, production, and sustainment programs.
  • Monitor program progress against baseline plans, ensuring schedule margin aligns with contract dates.
  • Conduct risk analyses (probabilistic and deterministic), pinpoint critical paths, and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders in negotiations and collaborative decision‑making.
  • Create proposal and execution schedules, then track performance against defined milestones and parameters.
  • Recommend corrective actions—including schedule adjustments, fund reallocations, and resource requirements—to keep programs on track.
  • Integrate cost and schedule data throughout the program lifecycle to maintain alignment and visibility.
  • Implement and oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to measure and report program performance.

Location – Dallas, TX

MUST BE A US CITIZEN-Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with network scheduling tools (MS Project, OpenPlan, Primavera, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical‑path methodology
  • Experience delivering leadership project briefings
  • Experience with Schedule Performance Management techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management
  • Ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance required for consideration

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 years or more of experience in planning or program‑management‑related discipline
  • Proficiency in a network scheduling tool (MS Project, OpenPlan, Primavera, etc.)
  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
  • Production / Sustainment / Depot Operations
  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development
  • Proposal development and submittal
  • Integrated Master Plan (IMP) creation and integration
  • Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables, and VBA
  • Experience with the Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools
  • Ability to communicate using different techniques and build strong relationships

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
