Standard Job Description
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related STEM discipline from an accredited college with 2 years of relevant professional experience. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
- Knowledge and experience in Electronic Assembly manufacturing (CCA, Harness, &Cables)
- Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and translate into work instructions.
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Process Improvement experience
- Experience creating manufacturing plans and work instructions
- This facility requires special access; therefore, you must be a US Citizen.
- Have an existing clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Standards (AS 91000 / AS9102), IPC, J-STD, and MIL-STSD specifications
- Experience with disposition of non-conforming products and with root cause/corrective action definition.
- Experience in establishing Performance Metrics for identifying process improvement.
- Ability to liaison between Production, Program, Logistics and other support teams.
- SAP ERP, Apriso Experience
- Windchill PLM, MPM-Link Experience.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
