Standard Job Description
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline (mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or related) or equivalent years of experience in manufacturing and inspection operations.
• 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or process improvements
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Desired Skills
• Experienced in leading and driving projects from conception to closure
• Experienced with machining manufacturing processes (milling, turning, additive, etc.)
• Strong understanding of GD&T with the ability to provide design for manufacturability feedback to proactively address producibility concerns
• Experienced in applying Lean Six Sigma skills
• Proven track record of identifying process issues/opportunities and implementing cost-savings solutions (affordability)
• Applied NX or Creo experience or similar software
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
