Standard Job Description

Grand Prairie is looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer. In this position you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across the functional areas. Daily activities include; reviewing baseline process data, identifying process constraints, and generating detailed plans to increase throughput and yield. This position will require a strong technical foundation, and ability to collaborate across functions to optimize production. Investigate and leverage new technology through capital acquisition, IRAD, and industry/enterprise benchmarking. 

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field

3+ years supporting manufacturing processes

Experience with process optimization 

Experience with capital projects

Desired Skills

NC machining experience

Knowledge of welding, ceramics, sheet metal, and assembly processes

Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team

Ability to communicate technical topics

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
