Roll and Responsibilities
As an Operations Product Lead Sr., you will serve as the bridge between the shop floor and the program team, driving initiatives that make a tangible impact on program success. You will be responsible for spearheading key initiatives, developing and implementing recovery plans, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
- Spearheading Yield Improvment (YIT), Corrective Actions (CA), Cost Improvment, and other initiatives that drive program benefits
- Serving as the programs voice within the Dallas Operations, keeping site leaders and staff informed of key program details
- Developing and implementing recovery plans as needed to ensure program success
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continous improvement and growth

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering filed
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secert Security Clearance
- Previous experience/interface with customers
- Previous manufacturing/production operations experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
