Standard Job Description
This Project Engineer Senior (Level 3) position will support the Dallas Production Engineering team with leading and coordinating activities related to Munitions Acceleration efforts for the Electrical shop. The role blends project‑management expertise with hands‑on manufacturing knowledge (circuit card assembly, cable and harness, printed circuit boards, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive munitions accelerations efforts, including make-where transitions for both hardware and tooling
- Lead capacity‑expansion initiatives to meet program surge demands
- Coordinate with program/site stakeholders to align on project execution
- Help manage tooling needs in support of program rate ramps
- Strategically work with Industrial Engineering group for shop capacity models and simulations
- Produce executive‑level status reports (milestones, earned‑value, risks, issues) for senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering (or related field)
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects and use project management tools
- Excellent oral and written communication; able to prepare clear status reports and executive presentations
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes (circuit card assembly, cable and harness, printed circuit boards, etc.)
- Experience supporting defense or munitions production environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP/Apriso/MPMLink
- Strong quantitative skills for cost/benefit analysis, schedule forecasting, and risk assessment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
