We are seeking to hire a Project Engineering Associate Manager for our Grand Prairie TX site.
The workload manager for the PAC-3 Sustainment Program will translate program vision into a fully tested, data driven solution that monitors and optimizes both current and future U.S. and FMS missile workloads. In this role you will develop analytics and tools that support missile and supplier capacity, drive program affordability, and mitigate execution, material, and obsolescence risks. Responsibilities span the full spectrum of workload management—from coordinating with production, Global Supply Chain (GSC)/suppliers, Global Sustainment (GS) material readiness, planning, and program teams to deliver real-time execution analytics for missiles in process, to partnering with program, production, international, and finance stakeholders to forecast strategic workload needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating current‑workload execution across production, suppliers alongside GSC, GS material readiness team, program planning, and program teams
- Develop strategic‑workload tools and assessments to forecast future processing needs, mitigate obsolescence, and balance capacity and material risks
- Work alongside the Data Analytics team to design, test, and publish workload‑management tools and dashboards (Excel, Tableau, Power BI or comparable COTS solutions)
- Functional oversight, staff development, and training of the GS Integrated Product Team (IPT) personnel
- Coordinate with the customer and internal IPT(s) to establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions
- Understand and communicate issues to the program and customer, identify and drive solutions, and communicate impact on program performance and commitments
- Analyzes customer material readiness using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data, providing recommendations to program leadership to inform strategic decisions and drive timely delivery
- Supporting program affordability efforts
- Risk and Opportunity Board Participant
Basic Qualifications
- Works with minimal supervision; drives initiatives from concept through delivery
- Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
- Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize, lead, and manage tasks to completion
- Exceptional teambuilding skills; Demonstrated coordination and collaboration experience
- Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Record of utilizing the Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) model in executing responsibilities
- Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Familiarity with OASAS, ERP tool SAP (PRD and MRO) or similar databases
- Knowledge of process improvement methodology
Desired Skills
- Proven resource management – people, material, and time
- Project management skillsets, including but not limited to: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and financial acumen
- PAC-3 Missile Segment system knowledge
- Experience in both a repair depot and a manufacturing environment
- Experience with various contract types and requirements development
- Proven customer relationship skills and previous experience with USG agencies, specifically SHIELD
- Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) and EVMS methodologies
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
