You will be the Project Engineering Associate Manager for the PAC‑3 Launcher Depot Operations team. Our team is responsible for sustaining PAC‑3 launchers, managing repairs and recapitalization, and ensuring timely material movement and international shipments.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the depot‑level sustainment effort, coordinating logistics, and driving cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the efficient flow and delivery of USG & FMS customer repairs and recapitalized launcher hardware.
- Serve as the primary liaison between program contacts and Production Operations, delivering clear, timely status updates.
- Manage logistics processes—including replenishment, data‑interchange, demand management, and electronic data systems—to continuously improve standard procedures.
- Maintain full accountability and traceability for every repair, induction, and shipment, keeping status data accurate and current.
- Lead and develop multiple direct reports, handling performance reviews, training, time‑card approvals, and mentorship.

Basic Qualifications
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degreein a field appropriate to the role with 8+ years of experience or equivalent combined education/exxperience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across different functional groups, business areas, and with internal customers.
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Company & Customer Leadership
- Demonstrated Problem-Solving skills and Full Spectrum Leadership attributes
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills, with the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proficient with software applications (e.g. experience using logistics and sustainment applications)
- Ability to pull and interpret data, derive trends, and develop reports to be used by program and/or functional leadership
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required
- Must be able to work in an environment that requires interaction with multiple functional areas and personnel of a diverse nature, including union represented personnel
- This position requires on-site, full-time (100%) presence at our Grand Prairie, TX facility. The selected candidate will be expected to work on-site, Monday through Thursday, during regular business hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated performance in managing direct reports to include: conducting performance reviews, handling hiring, disciplinary actions, and other personnel related activities
- Knowledge of IAMD (PAC 3 / THAAD) sustainment operations for ground and interceptor systems either with industry or military
- Control Account Management (CAM) training and familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes
- Prior logistics, sustainment, and/or depot operations experience either with industry or military
- Prior project management and maintenance planning knowledge/experience
- Experience with proposal/BOE development and manpower estimations for Repair Operations
Familiarity with Test Equipment used in support of Production and/or Depot Operations
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
