Join the Missiles and Fire Control Enterprise Performance Team! Enterprise Performance is responsible for enabling and improving program performance across Missiles and Fire Control Lines of Businesses and drive key MFC and Enterprise initiatives.
This role Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
What You Will be Doing
As the Project Management & Planning Operations Rep, you will support Enterprise Performance across multiple Lines of Business, driving key MFC and enterprise initiatives. Your duties include coordinating independent reviews, preparing leadership‑level materials, tracking actions and deliverables, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met. You will also contribute to program‑management training and professional‑development efforts. This role offers broad enterprise exposure and the chance to impact high‑visibility priorities.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +1 year experience or 9 years related experience
- Experience coordinating and executing projects, or enterprise initiatives, including tracking actions, milestones, deliverables, and commitments
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across organizational levels and functions, including developing presentations, status on reports, briefings, or other materials for leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive commitments to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership and high-visibility enterprise initiatives
- Experience coordinating independent reviews, assessments, or executive level business reviews
- Experience supporting training, professional development, or workforce initiatives

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
