You will be the Security Senior Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control Grand Prairie Special Access Programs. Our team is responsible for overseeing SCI and SAP security, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Security Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading the security strategy and execution for Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Direct oversight of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) security.
  • Lead program security performance assessments, inspections, and self‑inspections.
  • Coordinate personnel security, recruitment, training, and mentorship of security staff.
  • Partner with program leadership, finance, facilities, IT, and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Manage multiple functional security areas, including facilities protection and security engineering.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years. 

Basic Qualifications

Technical Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of NISPOM, DoD security regulations (DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5200.01, ICD 705, DoDM 5105.21), OPSEC, and DD254 compliance.

Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, recruit, retain, and mentor security professionals; strong personal leadership presence.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at crafting and delivering presentations to senior leaders and external customers.

Project Management: Strong ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years

Desired Skills

Experience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $134900.00 - $250500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
