Basic Qualifications
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and after-hours on-call support, to meet program deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to travel as required across Lockheed Martin, supplier, and test facilities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance
- Proven experience in requirements analysis, design reviews, product integration, and V&V (including certification) of hardware‑software test systems
- Comprehensive understanding of systems, software, and test equipment processes and development methodologies
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and troubleshooting C/C++ test code to verify software implementations meet system requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) for test documentation and reporting
Desired Skills
- Certified Software Quality Engineer (ASQ CSQE)
- Knowledge of industry‑recognized quality models (CMMI, ISO, AS, FAA regulations)
- Green‑ or Black‑Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma
- Experience collaborating with software suppliers and Government/DoD customers
- Control Account Management (CAM) experience a plus
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
