Standard Job Description

The PrSM Inc 4 program is seeking an experienced System Design and Requirements Lead to ensure the development of a compliant and effective solution. The Inc-4 program is entering a critical phase of development, and it is essential that the system design and requirements are well-defined, aligned with Modular Open System Architecture (MOSA) principles, and meet the MFC SE EPM standards and best practices.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to a small SE team, manage and delegate tasking, and drive the integration of SE design team with interdisciplinary members on the program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with MFC SE EPM standards and best practices
  • Aligning threshold and objective requirements with Lockheed Martin's Inc-4 solution
  • Developing a clear vision for future system compliance to enable smooth transition to production

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher from an accredited college in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to work onsite.
  • Ability to travel.
  • 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or 4 years of professional experience required with a related PhD
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff members

Desired Skills

  • Technical leadership experience (ability to manage/delegate tasking for a small SE team while contributing directly to technical effort)
  • Requirements management experience with DOORS/Cameo
  • Architecture development experience with Cameo
  • Interface definition and refinement experience
  • Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00
