Basic Qualifications
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO-9001, and MIL-STD-1913/1917 quality system requirements.
- Ability to develop, schedule, and deliver training for hourly associates.
- Ability to manage cost and schedule in a Manufacturing enviroment
- Leadership experience

Military PMEL/TMDE training

Experience calibrating/adjusting electronic or physical/dimensional test and measurement equipment

Experience working with electro-mechanical equipment

Demonstrate knowledge of regulations such as NIST,ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110 or
ANSI Z540.1, etc. -
IndySoft Experience
- Knowledgable about NAS410 Nondestructive Inspection in Ultrasonics (UT) and Eddy Current (ET)
- Experience working on aircraft utilizing NDI equipment, standards, probes, etc. in performance of NDI inspections.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
