Basic Qualifications
- Final Secret Clearance is required to start this position.
- Experience with Guidance, Navigation, Autopilot, Inertial Tracking, Image Processing, Modeling/Simulation, HWIL, and/or Performance Analysis for missile products.
- Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter Personality; Ability to multitask.
- Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking.
- Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs.
- Desired skills are additional skills that are nice to have and help narrow down a qualified candidate pool.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
